Due to renovations in CELT's longstanding home in King Library, our offices are now temporarily located on the north wing of the second floor of the former Blazer Dining Hall.

We are at the corner of Avenue of Champions and S Martin Luther King Boulevard across the street from the Gatton Student Center. (Blazer Hall, an active residence hall with a nearly identical name, is not the correct building.)

CELT regularly conducts activities where all teaching and learning happen across campus, and we are eager to visit your classroom, offices, lab, or clinical spaces for workshops, consultations, project meetings, etc. We also frequently use Zoom for these activities as well if that option would be best.

  • Accessible entrance: use the southeast basement entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. The stairwell is to the left of the entrance.
  • Other entrance: use the southeast first-floor entrance (a few stair-steps under a porch covering), pass through the first set of doors and through a second set of doors immediately to the front-left. The elevator is set back against the opposite wall with old turn-code mailboxes. The stairwell is to the left of the elevator through a small alcove.
  • On the second floor, exit the elevator to the left and follow the hallway to the CELT spaces, which begin at the corner-end of the hallway and continue to the left. If emerging from the stairs, continue straight down the hall.
  • Group meeting and event spaces (rooms 249 and 259 Blazer Dining) are located at the corner of the north and east hallways, with individual CELT offices continuing up the north hallway.

If you are parking specifically to visit CELT spaces, the best options are the Cornerstone Garage and the surface lot behind Memorial Coliseum and the Craft Center. Both lots require employee parking tags, though the Cornerstone Garage also accommodates visitor parking for a fee.
