Dr. Jennifer Pusateri is the Senior Universal Design consultant at CELT, where she fosters the advancement of accessibility and inclusive teaching practices across campus. Jennifer formerly served as the co-chair of the international UDL in Higher Education Network, and continues to present at international UDL conferences across the United States. She has also collaborated internationally with groups such as the Association for Higher Education Access and Disability in Ireland to build an online UDL course. As a member of the prestigious CAST National Faculty, Jennifer regularly presents UDL workshops and webinars for school districts, college faculty, and state boards of education. Dr. Pusateri has also been featured as a guest UDL specialist in podcasts such as Think UDL and Teaching in Higher Ed. She is the author of Transform Your Teaching with Universal Design for Learning: Six Steps to Jumpstart Your Practice (CAST, 2022). At UK she has taught in the College of Education and the Preparing Future Faculty program.

Before arriving at the University of Kentucky, Jennifer worked for the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) where she served as an education consultant and specialist in differentiated learning and Universal Design for Learning. Jennifer also taught Arts & Humanities for grades K-8 at a nationally recognized school for students with specific learning disabilities in Louisville, Kentucky.
