Information Literacy: Ten Essential Skills
Students often believe that information literacy is simply about finding sources, but effective information use requires asking meaningful questions, evaluating evidence, and making informed decisions. In alignment with the Kentucky Graduate Profile essential skill, "Use Information for Decision Making", workshop participants will explore practical strategies for embedding information literacy into their courses while helping students develop transferable skills they can apply across other contexts.
